Step 1: Meet & Greet

After our quick, initial phone call, we like to schedule a virtual Meet & Greet. This allows us to meet and learn more about your projects and expectations, as well as, provide you a visual into our process and what it's like to work with us.

Step 2: Initial Visit Consultation

After the Meet & Greet, and we have mutually agreed to move forward to the next phase, we set up the initial (in-home) visit consultation. During this visit, we determine project scope and discuss your goals for the space.

Step 3: Scope of Work Proposal

We meet to review your detailed project Scope of Work, our interior design process and goals, design fee and projected project budget (as needed). We conclude our meeting with agreement signatures and a deposit to hold your space in our timeline.

Step 4: Project Launch

We meet again onsite for field measurements, photographs and our design discovery meeting.

Step 5: Concept Meeting

This meeting is to discuss potential structural changes and construction details for your custom design plan. This meeting is crucial to prepare for Trade Day and ensure we get the most accurate pricing for any construction. *renovation projects

Step 6: Trade Day

We meet any trades professionals onsite to walk through the detailed scope of work for proposed construction to receive an accurate bid. *renovation projects

Step 7: Design Presentation!

We meet with you to go over the details of your custom design plan. This includes drawings, floor plans, color scheme, digital design boards, 3D renderings, fabric samples, furniture selections, budget breakdown for furnishings and estimated costs for construction or other trades professionals/ artisans. One revision is included and must be requested at this meeting. You will be able to visualize what your space will look like prior to any demolition. We ask that any adjustments to the budget due to revisions are agreed upon at this meeting, as well as, a check for items to be purchased.

Step 8: Project Management

We finalize all construction drawings and schedules and prepare for the start of construction. Furnishings are ordered/received at our warehouse/inspected for damage and stored for the big installation day.

Step 9: Furniture Installation & Styling

This is the moment we've all been waiting for! This is when furnishings are installed and styled for a beautiful finish. Installation is typically done in one or two days. We ask that the client not be present during the installation to allow for a proper, exciting reveal!

Step 10: Project Completion Review

This is our final meeting to close out the project. We like to meet and walk through the finished space to review any warranties, care instructions, features and benefits for each item. We also discuss any possible outstanding balances from freight, storage, delivery services, etc. based on the retainer we received for the respected furnishings procurement during the design presentation. This meeting is also the perfect time to point out any deficiencies observed.

You get to sit back, relax and enjoy the ride. We designers are here to take away the stress that comes with any project, however big or small. We are trained professionals that drive your project from start to finish. We have connections and resources that allows us to sail a smooth ship. You can be as involved as you wish.

That is A-Ok. We are here to figure that out. We have a questionnaire that will alleviate some of the stress that comes with the initial design questioning. There are great places to get some inspiration such as, Pinterest, Houzz, or even Google Images

We take pride in our ability to deliver what our client can’t envision. We want your home to be a representation of who YOU or your FAMILY is within your own 4 walls. This being said, there is a step by step process that requires design approvals before the next step in the process to ensure this doesn’t happen. We know you’ll love it :)

Since each project is uniquely different, we provide custom pricing per project scope. We start with an in-depth onboarding process to discuss the project scope of work and your expectations to determine how to best elevate your space. The consultation costs $350 and is necessary to build a fee estimate proposal.

The proposal is a detailed breakdown to our plan of action for your project. Our design fee is a presented as a flat fee so you know upfront what your overall fees will likely be.
